Amaya Papaya Play Lounge loves to contribute to our local community by supporting programs that invest in education, children, social outreach benefiting parents, non-profit service and those organizations serving disadvantaged areas. 

Donation Policy
Amaya Papaya Play Lounge is happy to contribute to our local community by supporting programs that invest in education, children, social outreach benefiting parents, non-profit service and those organizations serving disadvantaged areas.  Amaya Papaya Play Lounge does not make monetary contributions but will consider donations of passes, tickets or party options used for auctions or fundraisers for the benefit of those programs as outlined above.

Donation Request Policy
All requests must be submitted in writing on the letterhead of the organization and/or program making the request. The request should be emailed or mailed.

All requests must include the following information:
  • Written on letterhead of requesting organization/program
  • Reason for request i.e. fundraiser, auction
  • Date of the event
  • Date donation is needed by
  • Signed by head of organization/program including phone number 
and mailing address
  • Request must be made at least 30 days prior to the event date

Only one request every six months per organization or program will be considered. The requesting group will be notified of approval or non-approval via email.

Amaya Papaya Play Lounge reserves the right to change, modify or eliminate its current donation policy at any time without serving notice of the change.  Amaya Papaya Play Lounge also reserves the right to donate to any group, cause or organization outside of the one listed above that we may view as appropriate.
