Non-Birthday Party Facility Rental Rates and Policies


Reserving a space at Amaya Papaya is easy.

A Non- Refundable $75
(or minimum rental fee) reservation fee is due at the time of reservation to save the date and will be deducted from the rental fee.

Amaya Papaya is available to be rented for PRIVATE use after hours, special weekday hours or on Saturdays and Sundays.

Amaya Papaya is a great space for:

Rental Rate includes:

  • Use of 2400 sq ft facility
  • Use of seating area
  • Use Play Lounge and facility toys
  • 1 onsite staff member
  • chairs 12 adults and 20 children (you may bring in extra seating)
  • 4 - 48x24 adult size tables, 6- convertible children’s tables
  • Use of refrigerator and microwave
  • Wi- Fi Use
  • Garbage removal from trash bags
  • General facility clean up after your event
  • Complimentary event listing on Amaya Papaya’s calendar and Facebook page.


Before business hours private use:
Monday through Friday: before 9am
$55 an hour

After regular business hours private use:
Monday through Friday: after 6pm
$75 an hour without food
$85 an hour with food

Weekend Private use rates:
Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.
$85 an hour without food
$95 an hour with food

Rental Policies

Rental Policies:

1.)Some renters must have insurance and name Amaya Papaya on their policy as an additional insured for a minimum of $1M. A copy of your certificate is required for our records.

2.) Everyone including instructor must remove their shoes upon entering and must be wearing socks.

3.) No food or drinks in the play area. All food and drinks must be consumed in the seating area.

4.) Parents may not leave the premises without their children.

5.) All playing children must have a signed waiver on file.

6.) In consideration for the rental of Amaya Papaya any person or group hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Amaya Papaya from any and all actions and suits related to its use of the facility. Further, such person or group agrees to reimburse the Amaya Papaya for any and all costs for repair or any special cleaning that may be required and all damage that may be caused directly or indirectly to the Lounge and/or facilities by such use.

7.) Amaya Papaya will not provide electronic or other class support materials such as markers, paper, etc. Meeting organizers are permitted to bring their own equipment, however Amaya Papaya staff will not support its operation.

8.) The applicable fee will be assessed for each additional hour or fraction thereof. Refunds will not be issued for classes and or events that end before the scheduled time.

9.) Chairs and tables are available, but the group is required to set them up and return them to their original positions when the class is over.

10.) Clean up of the Lounge, including throwing away food products, paper items, the wiping down of tables and cleaning the dry erase board if used is the responsibility of the persons using the Lounge.

11.) Everyone using the Lounge must follow Amaya Papaya policies.

12.) No smoking and no alcohol is allowed on the premises.

13.) Amaya Papaya staff will not provide assistance with class and/or event set up.
